Phase One - Puriton

The Puriton phase of my Ph.D research project is to test the validity of the IoT Sensor Network that I have been developing for the last 2-3 years to ensure that all aspects works correctly and to monitor values collected through the sensors. I will also be investigating the levles of Radon in the village as it has been identified as an area of hightened level on the RadonUK web site. The sensor system that I have developed is highly sensitive and contains some delicated instrumentation and sensors that capture a variety of data points. It is a fully wireless systems and self charging, meaning that once deployed there should be very limited interaction in the field by technical staff. Using Puriton as a testing ground before expanding the sensor network to a larger area a few month later.
